What is your shipping policy?

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to submit a return request. To be eligible we require a receipt or proof of purchase, item must be in the same condition received, unaltered with tags, and in its original packaging. 
The following are not eligible for refund or exchange: Final sales, Gift cards, Custom made products & Gifts with purchase

What is your return policy?

We currently do not ship outside of the United States. However, we look to open up international orders in the near future. Check back soon as we are expanding our shipping locations as quickly as possible!

Does Degs & Sal offer international shipping?

Degs & Sal jewelry is made from recycled Sterling Silver and handcrafted in Italy.

What materials do you use to make your jewelry?

If you do not know your ring size, we highly recommend having your finger sized by a local jeweler and asking for your US ring size.  
Degs & Sal rings are standard US ring sizes and currently does not offer half or quarter sizes.

How do I find my ring size?

We only accept cancellation requests within 1 hour of placing your order. After 1 hour, your order is sent for processing and cannot be modified or canceled.
